REGISTRATION  REQUIREMENTS

Registration or Re-registration

( June 21, 2010 and July 19, 2010)

6:00 - 9:00 PM Church Hall

  • $40.00 registration/re-registration fee
  • Completion of a registration or re-registration form
  • Birth Certificate
  • Baptismal Certificate (if applicable)
  • Compliance with school code regarding medical/dental records
  • Academic Release (transfer students)
  • Registration within the parish (where applicable)

PARENT PARTICIPATION FUNDRAISING REQUIREMENTS

Each family is required to work at several functions per year:

  • Monthly Morning Market Day 
  • Back to School Mass/Breakfast 
  • Dinner Dance 
  • Spring Walk-a-Thon (TBA)

SCHOOL UNIFORMS

All students are in uniform beginning in Kindergarten through 
and including Grade 8. Our school code is:

Non-Parishioner Rate Plan B
                   1 child                           $5,100.00
                   2 children                       $6,900.00
                   3 or more children          $8,350.00
Educational Materials per child
Pre-School through Grade 8 per child $225.00
3 & 4 Old Pre-School (All Day)
Per Child $3,850.00
Fundraising Fee Per Family: $500.00
Registration Fee Per Student: $40.00

Report cards are distributed quarterly.  Conferences are scheduled two a year at the end of the grading periods. Parents will receive a letter and a time selection sheet for each child's conference. Conferences are an opportunity to exchange information with the teacher and develop ways to participate in educating your child. Additional conference(s) with your child's teacher(s) are to be made by appointment.

* Tuition rates are subject to change. Before School and After School programs are $3.00 per hour/per child and are also subject to change. Please contact the school office for current tuition rates and information or with any questions you may have. Thank you.
